Guaranteed price

Contactlenzen Online guarantees the prices displayed on its website. The prices include 21% VAT

Shipping costs

Contactlenzen Online charges €4.45  per shipment within Benelux.

Orders

Orders are placed on line. You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. All goods can generally be delivered from stock. Your invoice will be included with your delivery.Orders with diplomatic card can only be made above 400 euro. Otherwise will be a administration cost held off from the TVA refund  from 25 euro .

Payments

Payments are made online.

Disputes

Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the district of the supplier in which the company.s head office is situated. Belgian law alone applies.

Conditions of use

• The user is familiar and satisfied with the contact lenses and solutions ordered.
• Contactlenzen Online delivers the contact lenses in accordance with the information provided by the buyer.
• The lens details you provide Contactlenzen Online are no more than 12 months old.
• The user has his/her eyes checked by a contact lens specialist regularly, and preferably every six months.
• Contactlenzen Online guarantees the quality of its products, but is not responsible for tolerance of the products and possible consequences for the eyes.

Guarantee

Contactlenzen Online guarantees the quality and usability of the products it delivers, as these are presented in the CE-productinformation of the manufacturer. This guarantee does not apply if the defect is due to lack of care or willful damage or inattention.
